FAQ

How can I contact you?
You can call us on 01872 554 250 or 07761023022 or send us a text. Otherwise email us at stagnesphysio@gmail.com or by clicking here. We look forward to hearing from you.

How do I change my appointment?
If you need to change or cancel you appointment - that’s fine. We just ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice of any changes so that we can re-allocate the appointment. Less than 24 hours notice may result in a charge.

What is access like at your clinics?
If you have mobility problems you can access the practice very easily as we have ground floor consulting rooms within a few metres of our entrance. There is wheelchair access. We are also able to offer Treatment Sessions in the comfort of your own home if your mobility is compromised and getting to the clinic is difficult.

Do I need to bring anything with me to my appointment?
Not really, just yourself! If you can, wear something you are comfortable in or bring something to change into. Please bear in mind that in order to fully assess you we may need to ask you to expose the part of you that we are assessing.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
You are welcome to bring a friend or family member with you to your appointment.

How can I pay?
We are happy for you to pay us with cash, cheque or by BACS.
If you have been referred to us by your insurance company there is nothing to worry about we will deal with them directly.
If you have insurance we maybe able to treat you and then you can claim it back but please check with your insurance company first as they all have different terms and conditions. We are currently working very hard to make sure that we can offer this service for you.
